Fact: when you start loving your body your entire life will change. We experience life through the body and what I mean by body love is being ok with being you!
Do you hate/criticise/punish/control your body and what you eat? This is a waste of time and is stopping you living your most authentic life.

How I Work With You
Your body is talking to you all the time, it has it’s own unique language. It talks to you by generating sensations. But when we are caught up in our heads, disconnected from the neck down, trying to live by other people’s standards or society’s expectations we start to tune out. It often happens at a young age. We start to distrust our intuition. We lose touch with our feelings. We become unaware of when we are hungry and when we are full. We give the authority to others to tell us what to eat, how we should look, how we should act, what we should do and who we should be. The work is for you to become deeply intimate with yourself. To realise there is nothing wrong with you, there is nothing that you need to fix. That you are imperfectly perfect just as you are. That your challenges, symptoms and unwanted habits are messengers pointing somewhere deeper.
